Although the item lasted for the 90 mile trip, by next morning it was in two pieces, one on the windshield and one on the dash. Now I am faced with the option of gluing it or making a complaint/following through/becoming embroiled in some drawn out fix-it action. I paid money. I expected product. I don’t want to be processed in some corrective process. I will simply pass the word that the product is at least one time insufficient for the advertised task.

The discription was for holding Garmin Nuvi 360 and 370.
When received the product was not at all will fit to any Garmin Nuvis.
The shipping package is so poor from seller. It was tucked into small brown
envelope which entirely unfit for shippiing. The end result the Postman cant
squeezed into my mail box and dropped it by the high traffic road where our custom
made post mail box was.Finally better off to get it from local Radio shack or Best Buy, not to waste your time and gambling for product you can not see and touch.
Worst this seller has no response at all and I have to make a complaint directly
to Amazon’s Customer Service. It make me wondering how this seller get over 90%
reliability.

In order to use this mount on the typical sloping windshield, my GPS needs to face down to the dashboard. I cannot see the GPS when it faces down. It is useless on very sloped windshields. It may work in an old truck, or a vehicle with an upright windshield. The quality is fine, but the design is flawed- the ball mount needs to protrude farther away from the windshield.
I need to buy a different one. This one was therefore a waste of money.
