I got this to go with Garmen Nuvi 750W. Perfect fit. Protects the device quite well when we remove it from the car. I just through it in my purse. It could be hooked to a belt loop also.

I bought this for my Garmin 750 thinking when it said it was compatible it meant it was the right size for my unit. The unit does fit inside the case but it is way too big. The unit slides around way too much inside and the straps don’t hold the unit in place. The case itself is really nice it’s just too big for the GPS.

What I like about this case … This case is a beautiful hard case. It’s durable and great protection for my Garmin Nuvi 765 (which is a wide screen). The zipper works great. The straps inside are a plus because they hold the Garmin in place, preventing it from falling out when unzipping (as long as the Garmin doesn’t slide too far to one side). There’s also a mesh pocket inside that would be beneficial if you’re carrying anything else inside the case.
What I don’t like about this case … The case is much bigger than necessary for the Garmin Nuvi 765, which is a wide screen Garmin, about the same size as the other wide screen Garmins (250W, 260W, etc). The inside measurements of the case are approximately 6.25″ x 4.25″ x 1″, and the Garmin Nuvi 765 measures approximately 4.75″ x 2.95″ x .75″. This particular case shows no dimensions on the page you’re ordering from, so I assumed it was a nice fit for the Nuvi 765 (they said it was specifically for the 765, etc). And since I want to carry the Garmin in my purse, the larger case is a problem. If you don’t want to carry your Garmin in a purse and you have other items to put in the case with it, then this case may work for you. Otherwise, I recommend a smaller case. I’m going to order the case for the 250W, 260W, etc … it’s inside measurements are 5″ x 3″ x 1″ … it sounds perfect.
