I received this as a gift when it was marketed as a charger for the HTC Hero. The picture for this product is exactly the same as what I received. The wall charger was dead on arrival. I went to return it but was greeted by eForCity’s onerous return guidelines. If you get something from them that’s broken don’t expect to be able to return it. Or, if you do want to return it, make sure you save all the plastic bags, don’t tear the UPC sticker on the bags, don’t throw away the original shipping box and make sure you save the packing slip. It’s not as easy as ordering from Amazon.
