This cord is fine but I found I didn’t need it as the Garmin Nuvi 255W came with one included.

Did not work for Nuvi 205. To be fair, 205 was not listed among other Nuvi 200 series in description but I think the power port is the same on all Nuvi 200 models.

After search all over gods little green earth for a power cord I returned to my computer frustated and upset. I did a Amazon search and what did I find? What I did I find but what I had been searching for. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

I would just like to clarify, as I made the mistake, that this is just a basic mini-usb car charger. I already had at least three that fit into the side of the gps itself. What I was looking for was something that plugged into the holder that goes on the windshield that charges the gps while it is being used. This is not it. So look around in your house before you buy an overpriced cable that you could find anywhere.
