  1. My cable to connect my Garmin to my car broke and I was dismayed to find a Garmin replacement would run me 40+ bucks. This is a wonderful replacement that works well at a very good price. Highly recommended.

  3. This adapter is better than the one that came with my Garmin Nuvi and works perfectly, at 1/2 the price. It doesn’t light up like the original, but I consider that a feature.

  4. I ordered this replacement cable for my GPS car charger. It worked great for about two weeks, (I am on a cross-country road trip so I do use my GPS everyday, and I need it to work). After the two weeks were up, it burned out. It burned every fuse I replaced inside of it (which you shouldn’t really have to do either). And I wound up having to get another one on the road. Not cool.

It does have a warranty, but I needed it to work right now, while I’m on the road. Not when I get home and have time to fill out the paperwork.

  5. this charger does not work. One end fits the cigarette lighter, the other end fits the Garmin just fine. Thats about it. No charging capabilities whatsoever, car off or on. Ive now decided to go with the real thing from Garmin…a couple extra dollars well worth the hassle of trying to return an item to an internet company.
